Apply for registration, portfoliocheck or re-registration on NDC-RI Portal.
You can submit your application via the NDC-RI Portal (link https://www.ndcci-portal.nl)
- Please choose LOGIN if you already have an NDC-RI or Hobéon certificate. You will automatically have an account on the Portal already.
- Please choose SIGN UP if you do not have an NDC-RI or Hóbeon certificate. You will be asked to enter your data to make a new account.
Please note: From July 1st 2025, all certificateholders with a valid Hóbeon certificate are included in the NDC-RI register. All Hobéon certificateholder will automatically have an account on the NDC-RI Portal. You do not need to sign up first, but you can choose LOGIN directly. We kindly ask you to verify your personal data. After that, you can continue with your application for registratie, portfoliocheck or re-registration. NDC-RI Card
The NDC-RI card has a new layout as of the 1st of January. These cards are issued to all registration-holders after completing a portfolio-check or (re-)registration. It's important to have a good photo uploaded to your account in the Portal. If no photo is uploaded, then we will only issue the paper certificate.
If you lose your card or certificate please contact NDCRI.
